Cheryl's responsibilities include the overall management of Bennett + Mercado as well as representing the portfolio in the United States covering markets from the New York metropolitan area to Florida and Chicago.

Cheryl’s knowledge working with wholesalers, retail travel agencies, travel management companies and marketing consortias has made her an expert within the travel industry field.  Several luxury hotel companies have sought out Cheryl’s expertise to develop and implement travel agency programs, such as The Ritz-Carlton, where Cheryl created the footprint for their preferred travel agency program, STARS.  Cheryl’s experience also includes strategic planning of future company developments such as new brands, brand extensions and hotel openings.

Beatrice resides in Los Angeles, CA and represents the portfolio across key markets in the United States. Beatrice also oversees the company’s digital footprint and manages the firm’s social media presence. 

Her working history dates back to the 90’s where she started her hospitality career at The Ritz-Carlton while at the same time completing her degree at Boston University’s School of Management.  Beatrice’s hospitality experience includes roles in both Operations and Sales.

Tara brings to Bennett + Mercado a wealth of knowledge and experience working for world-renowned brands as a sales & marketing expert.  She spent the past ten years at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey handling leisure, business travel, group, and any and all special projects that needed Tara's energy and expertise. She has been recognized for her success in both Operations and Sales by achieving numerous "five star” awards and a Chairman’s Circle recipient, an award given to The Ritz-Carlton’s most elite sales individuals.  A resident of Southern California, Tara's sales region spans from San Diego to Santa Barbara.

Maggie represents Bennett + Mercado in the Eastern region of the U.S. concentrating in the New England area, Washington, DC, Atlanta, GA, and Birmingham, AL markets. Before becoming an entrepreneur and running a franchise company, she worked for world renowned luxury hotel companies where she implemented travel agency programs around the world.  Maggie is an expert in working closely with luxury consortias, such as Virtuoso, and elite travel agencies across the US.
