New Resort Manager at Nayara Hotels

Nayara Hotels in Costa Rica welcomes Oliver Schuschner as their new Resort Manager. Oliver is a Swiss and Costa Rican citizen who spent all of his youth and studies in Switzerland. From a young age, he was attracted to the hotel industry, particularly the luxury segment. Before and during his studies at Les Roches Hotel School, he worked in fine hotels and restaurants as a waiter and cook to gain experience; a time during which his passion for the industry grew stronger. After graduating with merit, Oliver underwent a management training program at Camino Real Puerto Vallarta. He gained experience in Food and Beverage at the Four Seasons Mexico City, JW Marriott and Costa Rica Marriott.

Later in his career, Oliver was instrumental in the conversion to LHW status of Tabacon in Costa Rica as Resident Manager. He also worked as Hotel Manager at Grand Velas Riviera Maya during the opening which received Five Diamond award and LHW membership. Oliver is married to a Costa Rican and they have one daughter. They are all equally excited in joining Nayara and the Relais & Chateaux Family.
