• Accommodation requests should be made at least 3 months prior to arrival

• Participation in a hotel site inspection which will be pre-booked for the day after arrival, this will be confirmed at the same time as the reservation is made

• Ground transportation is not included and can be arranged at the expense of the travel advisor or reservation agent
