VICEROY SNOWMASS UPDATES FORCE MAJEURE IN LIGHT OF COVID-19

AND WINTER 2020-21 BOOKINGS

“Force Majeure Event” means any one or more of the following events or circumstances: fire, earthquake, storm or other casualty or disaster; strikes, lockouts, or other labor interruptions; war, rebellion, riots, acts of terrorism, or other civil unrest, acts of God, unforeseen government regulation, outbreak of global disease as contagious virus or serious health epidemics including outbreak of infectious diseases or illness in the host city or country, curtailment of transportation facilities, border closings or other situations beyond the reasonable control of the parties.

In addition, as it pertains to the current COVID-19 outbreak: Should all 4 Aspen ski mountains close, or any member of the family who is travelling tests positive for COVID-19, (valid test result/s documents required) Viceroy Snowmass will offer a credit towards a future stay or refund the guest in full.
